If you're experiencing any issues with your GluteFlex equipment, setting it up, or have any concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@gluteflex.co. We’ve found that most concerns are easily resolved through a quick chat with one of our customer care agents, and we’re happy to assist!
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your GluteFlex items within 30 days of purchase. To start the return process, simply email our returns team at hello@gluteflex.co.
Please note that returns must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days once we’ve received the returned items. GluteFlex does not provide additional packaging for returns, so please ensure the items are securely packed. For your convenience, please use tracked shipping to return your items, so we can monitor their arrival at our warehouse.
Warranty
All our equipment comes with a lifetime warranty, covering any manufacturing defects for as long as you own the product. This exclusive warranty is valid for the original owner and applies only to our GluteFlex range.
The warranty covers up to 2 free replacements within a 20-year period in the event of manufacturing defects or faults. Replacements are subject to review on an individual basis, and only defects arising from normal use (not misuse, accidents, or wear and tear) are covered. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product before issuing a replacement.
Please note, this warranty does not apply to any other product ranges we offer and is valid for the expected normal lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the buyer.
This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and does not transfer to any subsequent owner.
